Animal Tissue Culture Lab was established in 2014 in the Department of Biotechnology, SGGSWU. It is designed for in vitro cultivation and experimentation of animal cells and tissues. It requires specialized equipment and facilities to maintain cell lines and conduct various biological experiments. This sophisticated technique allows scientists to study the intricate workings of cells, tissues, and organs outside of the living organism. By providing a controlled environment, researchers can explore cellular processes, responses to stimuli, and disease mechanisms with unprecedented precision. Animal tissue culture labs are essential for scientific research, biotechnological applications, and advancements in fields such as medicine and animal genetics.
